The plastic bottle made from recycled material with a practical dispenser is a reliable packaging material for modern cosmetic and hygiene products. Thanks to the durable plastic from a recycled source, it offers a balanced ratio between functionality, aesthetics and an environmentally friendly approach. The integrated dispenser enables comfortable, controlled and hygienic dispensing of liquid preparations without unnecessary waste of the contents.
This bottle is designed to reliably protect liquid and gel formulations and at the same time to make everyday use of the final product easier. The recycled plastic used for manufacturing the packaging helps to reduce the amount of primary plastic waste while retaining the stability and practical properties of standard plastic packaging. The elegant black-and-gold design of the dispenser gives the final product a professional appearance suitable both for home use and for smaller artisan brands.
This bottle with integrated dispenser is one of the standalone packages that are also available in other combinations within the assortment. They are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters in the specific product category. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the particular formulation) so that you can be sure that the packaging will fully meet the requirements of your specific product.

Yes, the packaging can be reused for normal cosmetic use, provided that basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and then disinfecting it with a suitable preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for disinfecting packaging. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after thorough drying is the packaging ready for new filling.
After emptying the bottle, it is advisable to rinse the dispenser with warm (not boiling) water with a mild cleaning agent, pump several times so that the solution reaches the entire pump, and then rinse thoroughly with clean water. After washing, leave the individual parts to dry freely. Before refilling, it is advisable to disinfect the inside of the bottle and the dispensing part with an alcohol solution and let it air. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination during further use.
The bottle is universally usable for most common liquid and gel cosmetic formulations, for example for oil-in-water emulsions, light creamy preparations, cleansing gels or liquid soaps. However, for very thick creams or highly viscous blends, dispensing may be limited. Before filling a larger batch we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and checking how the particular formulation behaves during dispensing, and whether clogging or unwanted air intake occurs.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend emptying it, rinsing it as well as possible from product residues and, according to the information in the product parameter table, placing it in the appropriate separated waste stream. Most plastic packaging is placed in the container intended for plastics, and it is advisable to separate the plastic bottle from the dispenser, if possible. Recycling symbols and material designation can be found in the product parameters and you can follow them when sorting waste in your municipality or city.
