This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through www.handymade.store and provides detailed information regarding the conditions for returning goods, including international returns and cosmetic raw materials.
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date you or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) receive the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please notify the Seller by a clear statement sent by email or another durable medium.

Cosmetic raw materials are products that are subject to strict hygiene and safety requirements.
In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once their protective seal has been broken.
This applies in particular to cosmetic raw materials, ingredients, liquids, powders, extracts, and similar products offered in the Seller’s e-shop.
Cosmetic raw materials may be returned only if:
Products that have been opened, unsealed, partially used, or otherwise contaminated cannot be accepted for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
For products with a defined date of use or minimum durability, this information is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the stated date of use or minimum durability.
Products with a shorter date of use or minimum durability are often offered as promotional or discounted items. The shorter period of usability is not considered a defect and does not constitute grounds for a return or complaint.
Unless otherwise stated, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. This applies in particular to returns from outside the Seller’s country of operation.
Shipping costs paid for the delivery of goods are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
For returns from abroad, the customer is responsible for selecting a suitable carrier and ensuring that the shipment is properly packed and, where appropriate, insured.
International return shipping costs may vary significantly depending on the country of dispatch and the selected carrier.
If the return shipping cost from abroad is disproportionately high, customers may contact the Seller to inquire about the possibility of returning the goods using the Seller’s contracted carriers.
If such a return option is available, the return shipment will be arranged by the Seller, and the customer will be charged the return shipping cost according to the Seller’s current price list.
The availability of this option depends on the country of return, the nature of the goods, and the applicable carrier services.
After withdrawal from the purchase contract, all payments received for the returned goods will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date the Seller receives the returned goods or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Any return shipping costs incurred by the customer, including those arranged through the Seller’s carriers, are non-refundable.
In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract within the statutory withdrawal period and return of the entire order, the Seller will refund the purchase price of the goods together with the cost of delivery.
The delivery cost will be refunded only up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller at the time of purchase.
If the customer has expressly chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery option (for example, express or priority delivery), the difference in delivery cost shall not be refunded.
The cost of returning the goods to the Seller is borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
