Clear round plastic bottle, disc top cap, matte rose gold, 150 ml

A transparent plastic bottle with a capacity of 150 ml and a disc top cap is designed for cosmetic products dispensed in small amounts: shampoos, shower gels, body lotions, conditioners and cleansing gels. The PET bottle is lightweight and more shatter-resistant than glass, making it suitable for the bathroom, shower and travel. The clear material reveals the colour and texture of the contents.

The cap in a matte rose-gold shade with a white centre combines an aluminium shell with a plastic interior. The set is supplied as a matched pair of bottle and closure with the same neck finish, eliminating the need to find a compatible combination.

How the disc top cap works

The disc top opens by pressing one side of the disc, which lifts the dispensing opening on the opposite side. The contents are dispensed by gently squeezing the bottle, and pressing the disc back closes the opening. The cap does not unscrew during use, so it cannot be lost, and the bottle can be operated with wet hands.

• Dispensing in small amounts – the narrow opening releases only as much product as is squeezed out by pressing the bottle, making economical use straightforward.
• One-handed operation – opening and closing can be managed with the thumb of the hand holding the bottle.
• Flexible bottle walls – PET returns to its original shape after squeezing, so the bottle maintains its form even with repeated dispensing.

Which products is the set suitable for

The set is suitable for liquid to medium-viscosity products that flow through the dispensing opening without excessive pressure: shampoos, shower gels, liquid soaps, body lotions, conditioners, massage and body oils, or facial cleansing gels.

Very thin liquids, such as tonics or hydrolates, flow through the opening faster and are harder to control. A spray pump is more suitable for these. Thick creams, butters and pastes are difficult to push through the narrow opening and some product remains on the walls — for these, a jar is more practical.

Nominal and total volume

Nominal volume is the quantity the bottle is intended for under standard filling conditions. Total volume to the brim is the physical capacity up to the neck and is slightly larger. The difference provides a margin for the closure and for expansion of the contents with temperature changes. The bottle should therefore be filled to the nominal volume, not to the brim — otherwise the contents may overflow when the cap is screwed on or when heated.

The set is declared as suitable for contact with cosmetic products. It is not approved for food contact and is intended exclusively for cosmetics.

Before the first fill, it is recommended to wash both the bottle and the cap, disinfect them with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol and allow them to dry thoroughly. Water residue inside the packaging increases the risk of microbial contamination, particularly in products with a water phase.

The clear material does not protect the contents from light. Products containing vegetable oils prone to oxidation, essential oils or natural colorants should be stored away from direct sunlight. With a high proportion of essential oils or solvents, we recommend testing the compatibility of the plastic with the specific formulation.

The matte surface of the cap is more susceptible to scratching; abrasive cleaners and rough sponges are not recommended for cleaning. The smooth cylindrical shape of the bottle allows a label to be applied around the circumference; the dimensions required for label design are listed in the product parameters.
