The ZENISOAPBASE soap base is used for the production of soaps and soap bouquets. It has a vegetable base and the finished soap has excellent foaming properties, and thanks to its high glycerin content it also moisturizes the skin very well.

This soap base contains saponified shea butter and is ideal for large-scale production. Its base solidifies quickly and can be removed from the mold after a very short time. The soap base is free from animal fats and oils – 100% vegan.

If you add Titanium Dioxide to the soap, in this base it will never sediment on the bottom.

When coloring the base with ZENICOLOR colorants, we recommend mixing 70% of the transparent CLEAR base and 30% of the white WHITE base in order to avoid excessive consumption of colorants.

Melting temperature: 65 °C
Do not exceed a temperature of 75 °C when heating!

Working with the soap base is not difficult at all. Simply cut the required amount of soap base into smaller pieces, which will speed up the melting phase of the base. Slowly heat the base in a water bath or in a microwave. Be careful, the base must not boil, so heat it slowly. You can add a few drops of essential or fragrance oil, liquid or powder colorant and, for an extra touch, dried herbs to the melted base.

Stir slowly to avoid creating unnecessary air bubbles which would create holes after solidification. Pour the soap base into the prepared mold. Immediately after pouring, we recommend applying a few sprays of a bubble remover – this is 99% isopropanol – using an atomizer. The final step is to let it solidify. After unmolding, you can use the soap immediately, but we recommend letting the base rest for about 2 weeks for better properties.
