The ZENISOAPBASE soap base is used for the production of soaps and soap bouquets. It has a vegetable base and the final soap has excellent foaming properties and, thanks to the high glycerin content, it also moisturises the skin very well.
This soap base, thanks to its higher viscosity, is suitable for producing soaps containing solid particles, because they are evenly distributed in the soap (for example, herbs). At the same time, thanks to its consistency, it is ideal for drawing patterns into the soap. If you pour into a container two masses with different colours, they will not mix and you can easily create a pattern in them.During prolonged standing, there is no loss of volume of the soap casts (important especially when creating bouquets). The soap base is free from animal fats and oils – 100% vegan. When colouring the base with ZENICOLOR colourants, it is better to mix 70% of the transparent base CLEAR and 30% of the white base WHITE to avoid excessive consumption of colourants.Melting temperature: 65°CWhen heating, do not exceed a temperature of 75°C!Working with the soap base is not difficult at all. Simply cut the required amount of soap base into smaller pieces, this will speed up the melting phase of the base. Slowly heat the base in a water bath or in a microwave. Be careful, the base must not boil, so heat it slowly. Into the melted base you can add a few drops of essential oil, fragrance oil, liquid or powder colourant and, to make it more special, for example dried herbs. Stir slowly to avoid creating unnecessary air bubbles which, after solidification, would form holes. Pour the soap base into the prepared mould. Immediately after pouring, we recommend applying with a sprayer a few sprays of bubble remover – this is 99% isopropanol. If you pour the soap in different layers, each layer must be sprayed with alcohol to increase adhesion. The final step is to leave it to solidify. After unmoulding, you can use the soap immediately, but we recommend leaving the base to rest for approx. 2 weeks for better properties.More detailed information about the quality of the product can be found in the certificate, which we update with each new batch. All supplied raw materials are of cosmetic grade, not suitable for internal use. When handling, use appropriate protective equipment.
