The glass bottle (vial) with cream dispenser is a practical container designed for packaging liquid, fluid and lighter cream formulations when hygienic application and controlled dispensing without unnecessary contact with the contents is important. The glass is material stable and neutral, helping to maintain consistent product quality during storage and routine use. When made in dark or opaque glass, the packaging naturally reduces light exposure and promotes UV protection for more sensitive ingredients. The enclosed Certificate also indicates food quality (suitability for food contact), so the packaging is also applicable for selected products intended for internal use (depending on your filling and application).
Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behavior in contact with the specific formulation). Yes, the cream dispenser is designed for convenient and hygienic dispensing of liquid to lighter emulsion formulations. For thicker products, we recommend that you do a dispensing test to verify the smoothness of dispensing and comfort of use.
Yes, the enclosed Attestation of Food Quality (suitability of the materials for food contact). The packaging can therefore also be used for liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures or extracts intended for internal use, always according to the specific filling and your method of use.
Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene principles are observed. Before filling, the container should be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96%, and then allowed to dry completely.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Once the contents have been used, empty the packaging and rinse as necessary. Separate the glass bottle from the plastic dispensing part and sort the components separately: glass for glass collection, plastic parts (polypropylene) for plastic collection according to local rules. By separating materials, you will encourage better quality processing in the recycling chain.
