The glass bottle (vial) with black atomizer is a practical and professional packaging for precise and hygienic packaging of liquid products, where cleanness of dispensing, stability of material and consistent atomization are decisive. The dark glass naturally helps to protect the contents from light and UV rays, which is especially appreciated for more sensitive ingredients (active ingredients, macerates, extracts or aromatic mixtures). The packaging is suitable for everyday use as well as for smaller production batches and, thanks to its food-grade quality, is also useful for selected products intended for internal use.
The packaging and cap combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

It is most practical for aqueous and low-viscosity formulations where the goal is to disperse evenly in a fine mist (e.g., hydrolate mists, toners, facial sprays). For thicker or oily formulations, we recommend a self-test as viscosity can affect the quality of atomization.
Yes. Dark glass naturally limits light transmission and helps protect sensitive ingredients, which is advantageous for extracts, macerates or actives, for example. We also recommend proper storage away from direct light for maximum stability.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, the packaging should be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% (ALK001) or Ethanol 96% (ALK002), and then allowed to dry completely.
We recommend the use of well filtered and homogeneous formulations free of suspended particles. For products with powders, resins or higher viscosity, perform a spray test and adjust the formulation if necessary or choose a different dosage type.

If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. After emptying the glass bottle, rinse it out and put it in the glass collection. Sort the dispenser and cap parts into the plastic collection according to local rules; if your sorting allows it, separate the parts and recycle them separately.
