The glass vial bottle with black lid with safety lock is a practical container for safe and hygienic packaging of liquid products where material stability, clean filling and reliable closure are important. The glass is material-neutral, does not affect the smell or composition of the contents and is suitable for precise dosing in smaller batches. The dark design naturally reduces light transmission and helps protect more sensitive ingredients from UV radiation. The packaging is also food grade.
The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation). You can also use the category Toppers and closures to select your accessories.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
We recommend using the advanced filter, which can be found at the top of the page by clicking on the category. Using the filter you can select packaging by neck, size, colour and material to quickly find compatible and suitable packaging for your product.
The fuse enhances the security of the closure and helps to limit unwanted opening when carrying. When opening, the lid is unlocked by default by a mechanism of squeezing and then unscrewing (we recommend to test the comfort according to the use).
Yes, the packaging is food grade, so it is also suitable for liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures and extracts intended for internal use. When filling, observe hygiene, correct closure and storage according to the requirements of the specific contents.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before filling, the packaging must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96%. Allow all parts to dry completely before filling.
We recommend doing your own compatibility test: fill the container, close it, let it sit in different positions and check the seal, any leakage and the behaviour of the contents under normal handling. In particular, viscosity, alcohol content and volatile components may have an influence.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that you recycle it. Rinse the glass portion after consuming the contents and dispose of it in a glass container. Separate the black lid and sort it into plastic according to local sorting rules. Separation of materials increases the chance of efficient recycling.
