The glass bottle, vial, cream dispenser with black top is a practical container for hygienic, controlled dispensing and stable storage of more sensitive formulations. Thanks to the combination of glass container and dispensing head, it is suitable for filling both liquid and lighter cream products that you want to apply without unnecessary contact with the contents. The dark glass finish naturally helps protect the contents from light and UV exposure. If the enclosed Quality Certificate indicates food grade, the packaging is also suitable for selected food applications (depending on the specific filling and application).
Combinations of packaging and closures, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behavior in contact with the specific formulation).

It works best for lighter cream, gel and fluid textures. For thicker formulations, we recommend doing a short test for flow and dispensing comfort.
Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene guidelines are followed. Before filling, the packaging should be cleaned and then disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96%, and then allow all parts to dry completely.
We recommend using homogeneous formulations without coarse particles and keeping the dispenser outlet clean after application. For products that change viscosity over time or at lower temperatures, a self-dosing test will help.
If the enclosed Quality Certificate and the product parameters indicate food grade, the packaging can be used for selected food applications (e.g. liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures and extracts for internal use). We always recommend taking into account the nature of the filling and performing your own compatibility test.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Take the glass part to the glass collection and the plastic parts (dispensing head and cover) to the plastic collection according to the material specified in the product parameters and local regulations. Before discarding, empty the packaging and remove any product residue.
