The ZENISOAPBASE soap base is used for the production of soaps and soap bouquets. It has a plant-based base and the resulting soap has excellent foaming properties and, thanks to the high content of glycerin, also provides excellent moisturization of the skin. It is characterized by an intensely white color and minimal dew / condensate formation on the surface and a longer setting time, which you will appreciate for more demanding projects. During longer standing, there is no loss of volume of the soap castings (important especially when creating bouquets). The soap base is free from animal fats and oils – 100% vegan.

When coloring the base with ZENICOLOR colorants, it is better to mix 70% of the transparent CLEAR base and 30% of the white WHITE base in order to avoid excessive consumption of colorants.

Melting temperature: 65°C
Do not exceed a temperature of 75°C during heating!

Working with the soap base is not difficult at all. Simply cut the required amount of soap base into smaller pieces, which will speed up the melting phase of the base. Slowly heat the base in a water bath or microwave. Be careful, the base must not boil, so heat it slowly. You can add a few drops of essential or fragrance oil, liquid or powdered colorant and, for an added touch, dried herbs to the melted base.

Stir slowly so that unnecessary air bubbles are not formed, which would create holes after setting. Pour the soap base into the prepared mold. Immediately after pouring, we recommend applying a few sprays of a bubble remover – this is 99% isopropanol – using a sprayer. The final step is to allow it to set. After unmolding, you can use the soap immediately, but we recommend letting the base stand for about 2 weeks for better properties.
