Delivery of goods

We strive to process orders received via the e-shop as soon as possible, usually on the same or the next working day (with the exception of holiday periods or restrictions announced in advance). The dispatch and delivery date depends on the chosen payment and shipping method.

When delivering consignments abroad, the selected carrier may use a local delivery partner in the destination country. In such a case, the customer receives all information about delivery, shipment tracking and notifications directly from the carrier or its local partner.

Calculation of shipping cost
The shipping cost depends on the selected delivery method, destination, payment method, shipment weight and order size. The final shipping cost is always calculated automatically in the second step of the order.

• Notifications: e-mail or SMS from the carrier (if available)
• Suitable for: standard parcels and international consignments
• Storage period: 2 - 3 working days 
• Delivery: 1 - 2 working days

• Storage period: 2 - 3 working days 
• Weight limit: max. 8.5 kg per shipment to a pick-up point
• Delivery: 1 - 2 working days
