Solid shampoo is an increasingly popular alternative to classic liquid shampoo (in Slovakia the name “šampúch” has also become established). Thanks to the fact that it does not contain water, it does not need any chemical preservatives. You will not find silicones or parabens in it, nor any artificial fragrances.

And what is actually inside it?

The solid shampoo from MusK is based on mild surfactants made from coconut oil (so it is not a soap shampoo). Their task is to cleanse the hair, and we also owe them the wonderfully fine and rich foam they create on the hair. In addition to the hair being gently cleansed, it is at the same time strengthened and nourished. This is taken care of by the contained floral and herbal waters, herbal extracts, butters, oils and active ingredients. Carefully selected essential oils also have a conditioning and aromatherapeutic function.

How is the solid shampoo used?
Its shape fits exactly into your palm. It is enough to rub it several times over wet hair, massage it in with your fingers and rinse with clean water. After its use it is not necessary to rinse the hair further with vinegar or lemon water.

Thanks to its shape and size it is a great companion for travel. If you take it with you, you can put it into a portable aluminium tin or wrap it otherwise. Do not be afraid to use it also for cleansing the whole body; if needed it will also gently wash delicate laundry.

It feels excellent on a soap dish next to your MusK soap, or on another firm and dry surface.

The shampoo is packed in a beautiful box made of recycled paper. How long it will last you depends on the hair length, the intensity of its use and the amount applied. However, they are faithful companions. It will serve you for 1–2 months as well.

The weight of the shampoo is 40 g ± 5 %.

The shampoo is also suitable for vegans.
