TAED is a bleach activator most commonly used in combination with sodium percarbonate. When reacted in water, it produces peroxyacetic acid, which effectively removes stains and acts as a powerful disinfectant. It is valued for its ability to work even at low temperatures (30 - 60 °C), thus improving the efficiency of environmentally friendly cleaning agents and reducing energy consumption. TAED blue is available in granular form and due to its profile, it is considered to be a gentler alternative to traditional bleach.
Increases the effectiveness of bleaching systems even at low temperatures.
Forms peroxyacetic acid, which has a strong oxidizing and disinfecting effect.
A greener alternative to chlorine bleaches.
Safe when used properly and biodegradable.
Reduces the need for high temperatures in washing and cleaning, saving energy.
