Recycled plastic bottle 24/410 matte black cap 250 ml represents a professional solution for packaging modern cosmetic preparations as well as technical solutions, wherever a reliable container and a sleek appearance are important. The recycled plastic material provides a durable and practical container for liquid products, suitable for everyday use and able to withstand normal handling in the bathroom, salon and in small-scale home production.
The matte surface looks aesthetic and premium, which makes it easier to create own brands, limited editions or elegant refills. Thanks to its stable shape and well-designed neck, this bottle is suitable for precise dosing and comfortable use with various types of cosmetic preparations.
This bottle is a stand-alone container and is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters. You can combine it with screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators for liquid or lightly viscous products. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The container can be reused if basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 denaturovany rastlinny. For disinfection you can use a disinfectant prepared from products available on Handymade, for example IPA 99 isopropyl alkohol 1 l or etanol 96 denaturovany rastlinny 1 l. Only after it has completely dried and aired is the bottle ready for the next filling.
If you decide not to use the container further, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of material indicated in the parameter table on the product page on Handymade. Before disposal, it is advisable to empty the bottle, rinse out any remaining contents if possible and separate the individual parts (bottle body, closure, any pump or spray head), so that each component can be placed into the appropriate separated waste stream. Respect the local waste-sorting rules in your municipality or city and follow the material labelling on the packaging and in the product parameters.
The bottle is ideal for cosmetic and auxiliary liquid preparations such as facial toners, tonics, serums, haircare products, body preparations or aromatic blends for external use. Thanks to the suitably designed neck and compatibility with various types of closures, you can use it for everyday as well as professional applications in salons, studios or within small-scale artisan production.
When choosing a closure, we recommend following the neck parameters and the recommended combinations listed directly on the product. In the category of caps, pumps and spray heads you can use filtering by neck type to find compatible solutions. After selecting a suitable component, always perform your own compatibility test – check the sealing when shaking, the dosing behaviour during repeated use and the stability of the container in contact with your specific formulation.
The container is suitable for common aqueous and oil-based cosmetic solutions as well as emulsion products with appropriate viscosity. Before introducing it into production, however, we recommend carrying out a compatibility test – fill a small amount of product, leave it to stand for a certain time and observe whether any changes occur on the surface of the container, in the sealing or in dosing. For specific formulations with a high content of solvents or active ingredients, always verify the behaviour of the packaging by longer-term testing.
