The plastic bottle made from recycled material with a disc-top closure represents a practical and aesthetic solution for packaging modern liquid formulations. Thanks to reliable dispensing via the disc-top mechanism, it is suitable for cosmetic, hygiene and household products where controlled and clean application of the contents is important. Recycled plastic reduces the environmental footprint of the packaging while maintaining the functionality and stability needed for everyday use.
This packaging is designed to withstand normal handling, transport and storage in the bathroom or in a bag. The disc-top closure allows comfortable dispensing even with one hand, which you will appreciate for liquid and semi-liquid products – from facial toners to cleaning agents. The recycled plastic material is lightweight, unbreakable and, when handled correctly, provides a safe solution for many water-based and oil-based formulations.
This bottle is supplied directly in combination with a disc-top closure, creating a functional and practical unit ready for immediate use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify optimal functionality for your particular product.

The disc-top closure allows comfortable dispensing primarily of thin to medium-viscosity liquids such as toners, facial waters, light emulsions or body lotions. For very thick creams or gel-like formulations, dispensing may be more demanding, so before launching for sale we recommend always doing a trial filling and testing whether the product dispenses smoothly and without clogging. If necessary, you can choose a different type of closure or dispenser for thicker products, available in the relevant packaging categories.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. However, before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the disc-top closure to prevent microbial contamination or unwanted reactions with residues of the previous product. For disinfection, we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After cleaning, allow all parts to dry completely before refilling the packaging.
It is advisable to first rinse the bottle and closure with lukewarm water with a small amount of mild detergent and then rinse thoroughly with clean water so that no residues of the cleaning agent remain. After mechanical cleaning, use a disinfectant alcohol in an appropriate amount, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný, and ensure good ventilation of the work area. The plastic material should not be exposed to high temperatures; we do not recommend boiling or washing in a dishwasher, where there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. After disinfection, let the packaging air-dry at room temperature.
If you decide not to continue using the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, placing it in sorted waste according to the type of plastic material indicated in the product parameters. Information on the specific type of plastic and the recommended method of recycling can be found in the parameter table for this packaging on the Handymade website. Before placing it in the container, remove any product residues and, if necessary, separate the individual parts (bottle, closure) according to how your collection system sorts them. In this way, you support more efficient processing and reuse of the material in the recycling chain.
