Recycled transparent plastic bottle 24/410 250 ml represents a universal and visually clean packaging that is ideal for filling a wide range of liquid and slightly viscous products. The transparent bottle allows good control over the colour, clarity and quantity of the contents, which makes it suitable for cosmetic formulations as well as household or artisan products. The recycled material offers the possibility of reducing environmental impact without compromising functionality and everyday usability.
The individual bottle is compatible with various types of closures and dispensers, which makes it possible to adapt the final packaging to the specific product. Depending on the selected parameters, it can be combined with screw caps, dropper systems, fine sprayers and practical pumps for liquid and gel preparations. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly, provided that basic hygiene rules are observed and the material is not visibly damaged or deformed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable preparation. Alcohol-based solutions, such as isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol, have proven effective for disinfection. In the Handymade range, you can also use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based for this purpose, which are suitable for disinfecting clean and dry packaging before refilling.
The basis is mechanical cleaning – first rinse the bottle in lukewarm water with a mild cleansing agent, and if necessary, shake it briefly so that the inner walls are freed from residues of the original product. Then rinse the packaging several times thoroughly with clean water. After washing comes disinfection: treat the inner surface with an alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol, leave it to act briefly and then allow the bottle to air dry until the alcohol has completely evaporated. Only after complete drying is the container ready for further filling.
The plastic material of this bottle should not be exposed to high temperatures, because in the case of excessive heating it may soften and the packaging may subsequently deform. This can affect the tightness of the neck as well as the correct function of the chosen closure or dispenser. For this reason, it is not recommended to wash the bottle in a dishwasher or to boil it. When cleaning, use only mildly warm water and mild cleansing agents, followed by disinfection with an alcohol solution. In this way, you will maintain the dimensional stability of the packaging and prevent its damage.
If you do not plan to use the bottle again, we recommend placing it in sorted collection according to the recycling symbol and the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters. Before placing it in sorted waste, it is advisable to completely empty the container and remove any remaining contents, or briefly rinse it. Unscrew the cap, pump or sprayer from the bottle, as these parts may be made of a different material and are sorted separately according to local recycling rules. By correctly sorting the packaging, you support more efficient use of raw materials and reduce the amount of waste going to landfill.
You can significantly simplify the selection of suitable packaging by using the advanced filter in the packaging category. After opening a specific category, a filter appears at the top of the page, where you can select key parameters – type and diameter of the neck, required size, colour and material of the container. By combining these criteria, you can quickly narrow the offer down to those bottles, vials, jars or pots that match the properties of your formulation and the intended method of dosing. In this way, you will find suitable packaging for cosmetic products, homemade recipes and smaller artisan batches without having to browse through the entire offer at length.
