The ZENISOAPBASE soap base is used for the production of soaps and soap bouquets. It has a plant-based base and the final soap has excellent foaming properties and, thanks to the high glycerin content, it also moisturizes the skin very well. The CLEAR soap base has a very high level of transparency. If you pour the soap in different layers, each layer must be sprayed with alcohol to increase adhesion. We recommend IPA from our range. The base remains liquid for quite a long time, so it can be used for more complex projects as well. There is no loss of volume during longer standing.Melting temperature: 65°C When heating, do not exceed a temperature of 75°C!Working with the soap base is not difficult at all. Simply cut the required amount of soap base into smaller pieces, which speeds up the melting phase of the base. Slowly heat the base in a water bath or in a microwave. Be careful, the base must not boil, so heat it slowly. You can add a few drops of essential or fragrance oil, liquid or powdered colorant and, to make it more special, dried herbs to the melted base.Stir slowly so that unnecessary air bubbles, which would create holes after solidification, do not form. Pour the soap base into the prepared mold. Immediately after pouring, we recommend applying a few sprays from an atomizer of a bubble remover – this is 99% isopropanol. The final step is to let it solidify. After unmolding, you can use the soap immediately, but we recommend letting the base rest for about 2 weeks for better properties.More detailed information on the quality of the product can be found in the certificate, which we update with each new batch.All supplied raw materials are of cosmetic grade, unsuitable for internal use.
