Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly for cosmetic formulations, provided that you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of plant origin. Disinfection should be carried out at room temperature and with an adequate contact time in order to ensure the highest possible level of cleanliness without thermal stress on the plastic.

First, rinse the packaging mechanically with a residual amount of a suitable cleaning solution or with slightly warm water (not hot, to avoid deformation of the plastic). Then apply disinfection – rinsing or spraying the inner walls and the dispensing mechanism with products such as IPA 99 % or 96 % plant ethanol is recommended. After disinfection, allow the packaging to air out freely and dry completely, and only then proceed to fill it with a new formulation.

The design of the dispenser is primarily adapted for liquid and lightly gel-like products such as emulsions, light body milks, gels or serums. With very thick creams, dosing may be limited or uncomfortable. It is therefore recommended to carry out a test filling before the final bottling and to verify whether the viscosity of your product corresponds to the capabilities of the specific dispenser and allows smooth application without excessive pressure.

If you decide not to reuse the bottle with dispenser, it is recommended to recycle it according to the type of plastic specified in the parameter table for the product. First, remove any remaining product, if possible rinse the packaging, and then sort it into the appropriate container according to the material used (for example, plastic packaging into the yellow container). In this way you reduce the amount of waste and enable further processing of the material in the recycling chain.
