Fill the contents slowly and smoothly to minimize trapped air inside the container. The product should have a homogeneous consistency without lumps or large particles that could disrupt the operation of the dosing system. After filling, check the cleanliness around the neck, close the bottle with the original pump and, before first use, press several times with no product until the system is vented and starts dispensing the product.

The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and all its parts must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the new batch of product. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol ethanol 96 % denatured. After treatment, let all parts dry completely at room temperature and only then proceed to filling.

We recommend cleaning the bottle with a gentle manual method without aggressive mechanical stress. Rinse the internal parts with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then thoroughly rinse with clean water. After washing, it is advisable to treat the surfaces with disinfecting alcohol and let them dry freely. Do not use high temperatures or strong steam pressure and avoid using sharp tools that could damage the seals or moving parts of the dispenser.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after thoroughly emptying and roughly cleaning it, to place it in sorted collection according to the types of materials listed in the parameter table for the product. Where possible, it is advisable to separate the individual parts (for example outer shell, inner container, pump) and place them in the appropriate containers according to local recycling rules. This supports efficient processing of materials and reduces the amount of mixed waste.

The airless system is ideal for formulas that are sensitive to contact with air or repeated fingertip contact – for example active facial serums, creams with a higher content of functional ingredients, products with a lower proportion of preservatives, eye and SOS creams, intensive regeneration treatments or dermocosmetic formulations. It is also suitable in cases where you want to provide the user with a precisely measured dose with each press of the pump.
