Airless bottle transparent black top 30 ml is a modern cosmetic packaging designed for hygienic and precise dispensing of products without direct contact of the contents with air and hands. The airless system helps minimize contamination, reduces the need for preservatives and allows convenient use of the product almost to the last drop. Thanks to its construction, the bottle is ideal for liquid, gel and cream formulations that require stability, purity and professional presentation.
The bottle is designed as a complete airless packaging with an integrated dispensing system. All components (container body, internal mechanism and dispensing part) are tuned so that with correct use they ensure functional and even dispensing. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
When filling the airless bottle, always leave a small reserve and do not overfill the container right up to the very top so that the internal piston can work properly. Fill the cosmetic formulation slowly, ideally using a funnel or a dosing gun, in order to minimize the formation of air bubbles. After filling and closing the packaging, press the pump several times in a row until the system “primes” and starts dispensing the product. With thicker creams it is normal that the first doses need slightly more presses.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend disassembling the bottle into the accessible parts, thoroughly cleaning it mechanically from residues of the original product and subsequently disinfecting it with a suitable agent. For disinfecting the packaging before filling, you can use for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in a grade intended for this purpose – on Handymade the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based are available. After applying the disinfectant, let the packaging dry completely at room temperature and only then fill it again.
The airless bottle is ideal for cosmetic formulations that are more sensitive to contact with air or to frequent handling – for example face and eye serums, anti-age creams, emulsions with a lower content of preservatives, booster concentrates or special treatment products. It is also excellent for products where you want to keep the dispensed amount under control and ensure a clean, touch-free application for the user. The viscosity should be adapted to the airless system – thick balms or very solid textures may limit dispensing.
During long-term use, pay attention to the cleanliness of the outlet opening of the pump and the cap. Regularly wipe away any product residues with a clean, dry or slightly moistened cloth and let it dry. We do not recommend exposing the packaging to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures in order to maintain the stability of the plastic components as well as of the formulation itself. If you plan to reuse the bottle with another product, it is advisable to clean it completely, disassemble it as far as possible and disinfect it so that the new contents are not influenced by residues.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters on the Handymade website. Before putting it into sorted waste, remove as much product residue as possible and, if possible, separate the packaging into individual parts (container body, pump, cap), which may be made of different materials. Then sort them into the appropriate containers according to local recycling rules. Following the recommendations from the product parameters helps ensure that the material will be efficiently processed in the recycling process.
To select a suitable bottle or other packaging, you can use the extended filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific category of packaging material. In the extended filter it is possible to combine several criteria at once – for example the type and diameter of the neck, the size of the packaging, the colour or the material. In this way you can quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that is most suitable for your product and more easily find compatible closures, pumps or sprayers within one category.
