How should I correctly fill the airless bottle so that the system works reliably?

It is advisable to fill the contents slowly and smoothly so that as few air bubbles as possible are created in the container. Do not overfill the bottle – leave a small reserve below the top edge so that the airless mechanism can work properly. After filling, it is good to press the dispenser several times until the system “primes” and starts dispensing the product. For thicker creams, we recommend a test filling of a smaller amount and checking the smoothness of dosing.

Is it possible to reuse this airless bottle for another product?

The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and all parts of the dispensing system must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using suitable disinfectants, for example IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. When reusing, always check the functionality of the pump and the cleanliness of all parts so that application of the product is safe and hygienic.

How should I store the airless packaging to preserve its functionality and appearance?

It is recommended to store the bottle in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage of empty packaging, it is advisable to keep it closed so that dust and dirt do not enter.
