Transparent aluminium airless bottle is a modern cosmetic packaging intended for hygienic dispensing of creams, serums and other preparations sensitive to air. The airless system minimises the contact of the contents with the external environment, which helps reduce the risk of contamination and supports the stability of formulations without the need for excessive use of preservatives. Thanks to the transparent body, the remaining fill level is clearly visible and the elegant aluminium component gives the bottle a professional look suitable for home use as well as for small artisan brands.
When filling the airless bottle, we recommend using a product with a uniform consistency, without large particles that could clog the mechanism. Fill the bottle smoothly, preferably along the walls, in order to minimise entrapped air in the contents. After closing with the pump, it is advisable to press the dispenser several times until the system “primes” and starts dispensing the product. If you are preparing new formulations, always test the functionality of the pump at the specific viscosity and composition of the preparation.
The airless bottle is suitable for repeated use provided that you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each refilling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After the packaging is completely dry, the bottle can be refilled again. Always make sure that no residues of the previous product remain inside so that the stability of the new fill is not affected.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend first emptying it and removing any product residues. The recycling method depends on the material composition indicated in the product parameters on the website – according to this, you will assign the individual parts of the packaging to the appropriate separated waste stream (for example plastic, metal or composite packaging material). Separate plastic and metal components if possible and place them in the appropriate containers according to local waste sorting rules. If you are not sure about the correct classification, always follow the information in the parameter table and the recommendations of the local waste collection system.
The airless bottle is particularly suitable for products that are sensitive to air and repeated contact with the skin, for example facial serums, creams with active ingredients, anti-ageing emulsions, eye creams or regenerating treatments. Thanks to the airless system, it is also suitable for formulations where you want to minimise the need for preservatives and at the same time maintain a longer usability during normal use. Before series filling, however, we always recommend testing the mutual compatibility of the specific product with the packaging.
