The airless bottle is designed to handle dispensing of standard face creams, emulsions and gels with cosmetic viscosity. Before final filling, we recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in a smaller amount to verify smooth dispensing and the return stroke of the pump. For very thick butters or balms, a classic jar or another type of packaging may be more suitable.

The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and all parts that come into contact with the product, and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol available as IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/) or 96% plant-based denatured ethanol (/etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/). In this way you support the hygiene of the packaging as well as the stability of the new refill.

When filling the airless bottle, it is advisable to fill the product slowly and evenly so that as few air bubbles as possible enter the contents. Do not overfill the bottle above the recommended volume stated in the product parameters and, after filling, close it carefully with the original pump. Before first use, press the dispenser several times so that the system is “started” and the piston moves the contents towards the outlet. In this way you ensure even dosing throughout the entire period of use.

In this way you will quickly find bottles, pill bottles, jars or pumps that best match the requirements of your product as well as the filling technology.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the information given in the parameter table for the product. Before handing it over for sorted collection, remove any remaining contents and, according to the type of material (stated in the product parameters), place it in the appropriate collection container. In the case of a combination of several materials, it is advisable, where possible, to separate plastic parts from the other components. By following this procedure you support efficient waste processing and a more environmentally friendly approach.
