Airless jar 50 ml white is a modern packaging system suitable for hygienic and precise dispensing of creamy, gel-based and emulsion preparations. Thanks to airless technology, it minimizes contact of the contents with air and with the touch of hands, which helps protect more sensitive formulations and maintain their stability throughout the entire period of use. This jar is ideal for manufacturers of artisanal as well as professional cosmetics who are looking for aesthetic and functional packaging focused on practical dispensing and end-user comfort.
This airless jar is supplied as a functional unit – the packaging, internal mechanism and dispensing part are designed to form a reliable dispensing system together. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially when using a high proportion of oils, alcohol or active substances.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The airless jar needs to be filled slowly and evenly, ideally using a filling gun or syringe, so that no distinct air bubbles remain in the product and inside the container. Do not fill the jar completely to the brim – leave a slight reserve according to your own trial production so that the dispensing mechanism can move smoothly. After filling, close the jar and press the dispensing part several times until the system “starts up” and the product begins to come out evenly.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed; however, we always recommend assessing this individually according to the nature of your products and your requirements for microbiological cleanliness. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the jar, check the functionality of the mechanism and then disinfect it with a suitable preparation (for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). Refill the jar only after the disinfectant has completely dried.
For cleaning, we recommend a combination of mechanically removing product residues and then washing with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent. Do not use aggressive solvents that are not compatible with the plastic used, nor excessive pressure that could deform the internal parts of the airless system. After washing, allow all parts to dry completely and then apply disinfection (ALK001 / ALK002 – available as isopropyl alcohol and plant-based ethanol) so that the packaging is ready for new filling.
If you decide not to reuse the jar, we recommend that after the contents have been used up, you empty it as thoroughly as possible and, if possible, disassemble it into individual parts (body, lid, internal mechanism). The method of sorting is governed by the material designation indicated in the product parameters and on the packaging itself – based on this you place it in the appropriate container for sorted waste in accordance with local recycling rules. Always follow the material information in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website so that the recycling process is as efficient as possible.
To make it easier to choose packaging, you can use the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. In the advanced filter, you can clearly set parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material, and thus quickly narrow down the offer to packaging suitable for your specific product. Thanks to this, you can compare bottles, jars, pill bottles or other containers according to your requirements and better estimate which packaging will be most suitable for your formulation.
