Aluminium bottle with silver dispenser represents a practical and aesthetic packaging for various types of liquid cosmetic preparations. Thanks to the solid metal body and functional dispensing, it helps protect the contents from contact with air and impurities, increases application comfort and supports the professional appearance of the final product. This type of bottle is ideal for formulations that require precise and controlled dosing in everyday use.
This bottle with dispenser is designed as a ready-made combination of packaging and dosing component, suitable for direct filling and use in cosmetic formulations. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products with a higher content of alcohol, essential oils or active substances.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, it is important to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfect them with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and ensure the stability of the new product.
After emptying the packaging, we recommend first rinsing the bottle and the dispenser with warm water and a mild cleaning agent that rinses off well. It is then advisable to flush the dispenser mechanism several times with clean water so that no residues of the original product or the cleaning agent remain. After drying, the inner space of the bottle and the dispensing part should be disinfected with alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. Before refilling, it is necessary to allow the alcohol to evaporate so that no unwanted dilution of the new formulation occurs.

In the advanced filter you can combine several criteria – for example the type and diameter of the neck, the size and shape of the bottle, the colour as well as the packaging material. In this way you will quickly select packaging that meets the technical requirements of the formulation and the visual style of your brand.
Aluminium bottles are generally suitable for a wide range of cosmetic products, but for formulations with a higher content of water, alcohol or essential oils we always recommend performing your own compatibility test. It is necessary to verify the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific recipe – whether there are any changes in colour, odour, viscosity or dispenser functionality. A test trial on a smaller amount of product helps prevent unwanted changes during long-term storage.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules and the information stated in the product parameter table. Metal parts, such as the aluminium body of the bottle, are usually sorted into metal collection, while the plastic dispenser may belong to plastic waste according to the material designation. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to empty the packaging, wipe off any product residues and, where possible, separate the individual material components so that recycling is as efficient as possible.
