The aluminium bottle with a transparent spray pump and glossy silver collar is a professional packaging solution designed for stylish and functional packing of cosmetic and household care preparations. The solid metal shell protects more sensitive contents from external influences, while the high‑quality spray pump ensures even and reliable dispensing with every press. The bottle is suitable for liquid products that require fine misting or application in a thin layer, and thanks to the durable material it is also suitable for more frequent use in both home and professional practice.
This standalone aluminium bottle with spray pump is part of a packaging system that is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected in the e‑shop. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular of sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation – so that you can be confident of long‑term stability and safe use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. When designing formulas and during filling, we recommend following the stated data and storing the bottle under conditions that correspond to the nature of the contents used. If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable to place it in sorted waste collection according to the recommended type of sorting in the product parameter table and follow local recycling rules.
The spray pump is designed primarily for thin to medium‑thin water‑based solutions, toners and sprays. Thick emulsions or gels may impair the spraying performance and increase wear of the mechanism. For your own formulations, we recommend always testing the pumping capability of the spray pump on a small test sample to verify whether the selected viscosity allows smooth and even dispensing without clogging or dripping.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed with a suitable detergent and then disinfected. For disinfecting the packaging, we recommend using technical alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant‑based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill the container, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the prepared product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type stated in the product parameters. The aluminium body of the bottle is usually placed in metal packaging collection after thorough emptying and, if necessary, rinsing off any product residues. The plastic spray pump and protective cap are sorted into plastic packaging, unless local recycling rules state otherwise. It is always advisable to follow local guidelines for sorted waste collection and the information in the product parameter table so that the material enters the correct recycling stream.
When filling your own formulations, we recommend storing filled bottles in a dry, cooler and shaded place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. This prevents unwanted heating and a decrease in the stability of sensitive active ingredients, essential oils or preservative systems. During use, it is advisable to regularly check the cleanliness of the neck and the functionality of the spray pump, and in the case of long‑term storage to label the bottle with the date of manufacture and batch number so that you have an overview of the shelf life of your products.
