The aluminium bottle with black ribbed cap represents a robust and reliable packaging solution for liquid and slightly viscous products where protection of the contents from air, light and moisture is important. Thanks to the durable metal body and practical screw cap, this bottle is suitable for packaging both professional and home-made formulations where you need stable packaging and convenient dispensing. The smooth surface of the bottle also makes labelling and marking easier, which is appreciated by small brands, artisan manufacturers and laboratory operations alike.
Aluminium bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators) depending on the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, this packaging can be used repeatedly provided that proper hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based, and it is important to let the packaging dry completely after treatment. Only then is it suitable for refilling.
After emptying the bottle, remove all residues of the original product, rinse it several times with a suitable cleaning solution and with clean water (depending on the nature of the original filling). We then recommend disinfecting the bottle with an alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the interior and the cap to dry thoroughly at room temperature so that moisture does not accumulate inside.
The aluminium bottle is particularly suitable for various cosmetic and auxiliary preparations where you need a robust packaging and protection of the contents from light. This applies mainly to oil-based and emulsion products, hair and body care preparations, massage and body oils, aromatic blends or working solutions used in cosmetics production. For each product, however, it is necessary to verify individually the long-term compatibility of the formulation with the packaging and the chosen closure.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material specified in the product parameters on the Handymade website. Before handing it over for sorted collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle, remove any remaining contents and, where possible, separate the cap if it is made from a different material than the bottle body. Then dispose of the packaging in the appropriate container for the given type of material according to local waste sorting rules. In this way you support the reuse of raw materials and reduce the amount of waste.
