Aluminium bottle 24 mm 50 ml represents a professional packaging suitable for smaller quantities of cosmetic preparations, technical solutions or laboratory samples. The rigid metal shell guarantees reliable protection of liquid and slightly viscous products, and thanks to the closed construction the contents are protected from contact with air and light. This type of bottle is ideal for precise dosing, testing new formulas and filling travel-size packs, where resistance, practicality and a professional appearance of the packaging are important.
The standalone aluminium bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the parameters selected in the offer. Depending on the nature of the product, you can combine it with screw caps, dropper systems, sprayers or practical applicators intended for more precise dosing.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing, the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation and the stability during storage and use.

Yes, this type of aluminium bottle can be reused if used appropriately. However, it is always necessary to observe basic hygiene principles – before each new filling, clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in technical quality intended for this purpose, available in the Handymade range: IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After thorough rinsing, drying and checking the condition of the surface, the bottle can be refilled with a suitable product.
First, it is appropriate to mechanically remove residues of the original product and rinse the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution or warm water with a mild detergent (if compatible with the formulation used). It is then recommended to rinse the packaging thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry completely. After drying, the disinfection step is important – for this you can use, for example, the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Allow the disinfectant to act briefly, remove the excess and let the packaging fully ventilate and dry before the next filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend assigning it to the appropriate recycling stream according to the material listed in the product parameter table on Handymade. As a rule, the aluminium bottle can, after emptying, basic rinsing and removal of product residues, be handed over for collection of metal packaging according to local waste sorting rules. By recycling you contribute to the reuse of raw materials and the reduction of waste volume. Before handing it over for collection, we recommend unscrewing the closure (if it is made of a different material) and sorting the individual parts separately according to the instructions of the collection system in your location.
The aluminium bottle is most often used for smaller quantities of cosmetic preparations such as facial and body oils, toners, serums, special treatments or hair products. Thanks to the durable metal body, it is also suitable for concentrated solutions, test batches, development samples and various technical blends intended for external use. When choosing a specific use, it is always necessary to verify the compatibility of your formulation with the aluminium packaging, especially for products with an atypical pH or with a content of more aggressive components.
