However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the chosen packaging system is suitable for your specific product and method of use.

Yes, thanks to the integrated dispenser the packaging is suitable for liquid and slightly viscous preparations such as serums, fluids or emulsions. Before the final use on your product, we recommend testing the dosing on a small sample of your formulation in order to verify the comfort of dispensing and the consistency of one dose during normal use.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly emptied, mechanically cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcoholic preparation. For disinfection we recommend using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill the packaging.
When choosing packaging, it is always important to verify the compatibility of the packaging material with the formula. We recommend preparing a smaller test batch, filling it into the bottle and observing possible changes for several days to weeks – colour, odour, viscosity, print stability and behaviour of the dispenser. Also monitor whether there is any release of material, changes in sealing or deterioration of the dosing function. Only after a successful test do we recommend using the packaging for final production.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. Before placing it in sorted waste, it is advisable to empty the packaging as much as possible and remove any product residues. Metal parts are usually classified as metal waste, plastic components (e.g. the internal parts of the dispenser) as plastic waste. If you are not sure, always follow the recycling symbols on the packaging and the recommendations of your local collection system to ensure correct sorting and the recycling process.
