Aluminium bottle with white-silver dispenser 100 ml represents a practical and aesthetic packaging for liquid cosmetic preparations, hygiene solutions and other formulations where convenient and controlled dosing is important. Thanks to the durable material and integrated dispenser, this bottle is suitable for products that require repeated use, clean application and protection of the contents from external influences. The packaging is designed to support the professional appearance of the finished product while also being functional in everyday use.
This bottle is supplied directly with a dispenser, and in general similar aluminium bottles on Handymade are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test – especially of sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be sure of the long-term functionality and stability of your product.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly with proper handling and adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. Only after the packaging has completely dried do we recommend filling it again with the product.
The dispenser should first be rinsed with warm water and a non-aggressive cleaning agent, and it is important to press the mechanism several times so that the water reaches the entire system. We then recommend rinsing with clean water and finally disinfecting with a suitable alcohol solution. After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature. Avoid using very hot water or boiling, which could damage the plastic components of the dispenser.
This bottle with dispenser is most suitable for liquid to medium-viscosity preparations, such as light milks, serums or fluid emulsions. With thick creams or gel textures, dosing may be limited and the pump mechanism may not work optimally. In such a case, we recommend choosing packaging intended for creamy products, for example a jar or an airless system from the relevant packaging category.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first emptying it and mechanically removing product residues. It is then appropriate to separate the aluminium part of the bottle from the plastic dispenser (including the tube and any seals). The metal bottle itself is usually placed in the collection of metal packaging, while the plastic parts of the dispenser belong in the separated collection of plastics according to local rules. Always adapt specific recycling recommendations to the information given in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade website and to the local waste-sorting system.
