The aluminium bottle with white trigger sprayer represents a practical and aesthetic packaging for various liquid formulations where gentle, even and targeted spraying is important. This type of bottle is popular for the production of homemade and professional cosmetics, cleaning preparations and home sprays, where reliable protection of the contents and comfortable application are required.
Thanks to the combination of a lightweight metal container and a functional trigger sprayer, the packaging is suitable for filling products where you need good protection against external influences, easy handling and repeatable dosing in the form of a fine mist or a direct stream depending on the sprayer setting. The surface of the bottle also looks professional and allows for easy marking or adding your own label.
This bottle with trigger sprayer forms a ready-made combination of packaging and closure intended for direct use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Before choosing, we recommend that you study this information so that you can accurately assess the suitability of the bottle for a specific type of formulation, the viscosity of the product and the required dosing method.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and the trigger sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and product spoilage. For disinfection we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in a quality suitable for cosmetic use, available in the Handymade range, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After thorough disinfection, allow all parts of the packaging to dry completely and only then refill them.
The trigger sprayer is most suitable for low-viscosity, liquid products that need to be applied in the form of a mist or direct stream. In practice, these are air fresheners, home and textile sprays, toners and watery cosmetic preparations for the body or hair, gentle cleaning solutions, disinfectant sprays or solutions for moistening fabrics. For thicker formulations we always recommend first testing the functionality of the sprayer on a small trial sample so that you can be sure of smooth dosing without clogging.
After using up the contents or when changing the type of product, we recommend rinsing the sprayer with clean water and, if necessary, also with diluted alcohol to remove residues of the original mixture. It is advisable to wipe the trigger mechanism regularly so that dirt or dried drops do not accumulate on it. For products containing oils or actives prone to crystallisation, it is important to check the mechanism more frequently and, if the flow rate decreases, carry out a more thorough rinsing. Do not expose the bottle or the sprayer to extreme temperatures and protect them from mechanical damage.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend responsibly recycling it according to the material information given in the product parameters. First empty the bottle completely and, if possible, rinse it so that no product residues remain. Then check the recycling markings and separate the individual parts (bottle body, sprayer, possible dip tube) according to the type of material. Metal parts typically belong in the container designated for metal, plastic components in plastic recycling, or according to the instructions of the local collection yard. Always follow the current waste sorting rules at your place of residence.
