Aluminium bottle with white pump is a universal packaging suitable for practical and hygienic dispensing of cosmetic and craft preparations. Thanks to the high-quality aluminium body and functional dispensing, it is ideal for liquid, gel and lightly creamy formulations that require repeated and controlled use without unnecessary contamination of the contents.
The packaging is designed to reliably protect the contents against external influences and at the same time allow comfortable use in both home and professional production. In combination with a suitable label, it can also serve as an elegant final bottle for finished products.
This is a combination of bottle and pump prepared directly for practical use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging exactly suits your specific product.

The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the pump, removing residues of the original product and then disinfecting the entire packaging with a suitable preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts dry well on a clean surface. Only then refill the packaging to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the new product.
The pump dispenser is optimal for liquid to medium-viscosity products such as toners, light facial and body emulsions, gel preparations and fluid serums. For very thick creams or paste-like formulations, dispensing may be limited or uncomfortable, so in such cases it is recommended to test dispensing on a small sample or choose another type of packaging that better matches the consistency of the product.
The aluminium material provides a solid and durable construction, which makes the bottle suitable for more frequent transport. When travelling, we recommend checking that the pump is properly tightened and, if necessary, using a protective cap or a transport pouch to prevent unintended pressing of the dispenser. Before the first trip, it is advisable to carry out a trial leak test, especially for thin and highly liquid preparations.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to local waste sorting rules. The aluminium body of the bottle usually belongs in the container intended for metal packaging, and it is advisable to empty it and remove any remaining contents. The plastic pump is usually sorted separately according to the local plastic collection system. Before placing it in sorted waste, check the recommendations of your municipality and follow the information given in the product parameters for the packaging on the Handymade.sk website so that recycling is as effective as possible.
