The aluminium bottle with black and silver dispenser represents a practical solution for packaging liquid preparations that require convenient and precise dosing. Thanks to the combination of a lightweight metal container and a functional pump mechanism, this packaging is suitable for a wide range of cosmetic and hygiene products where both comfort during application and a professional appearance are important.
The aluminium body of the bottle provides good protection for more sensitive formulations from external influences and helps maintain the stability of the contents during storage. The integrated dispenser also makes it easier to use the product precisely and hygienically without the need for contact with the entire fill volume, which is especially appreciated by manufacturers of cosmetics, body and hair care, and various application solutions.
Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). This way you can be sure that the bottle with dispenser will work reliably with your specific product, without unwanted leakage or changes in the properties of the fill.

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling it is important to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfect them, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. This minimises the risk of microbiological contamination and ensures longer stability of your preparations.
We recommend first flushing the dispenser with a suitable cleaning solution that is compatible with your previous fill and then with clean water, while pressing the pump several times so that the solution reaches the entire mechanism. After flushing, it is advisable to let the individual parts dry thoroughly and only then disinfect them with alcohol. In this way you maintain smooth dosing and limit the build-up of product residues inside the system.
The aluminium bottle with dispenser is ideal for low- to medium-viscosity liquid products such as body and facial lotions, light emulsions, serums, toners, treatment solutions or disinfectant preparations. In the case of more viscous formulations we recommend performing a trial filling before final production to verify whether the pump provides the desired volume and smoothness of the dose.
Before recycling it is advisable to remove any remaining product, rinse the packaging and, according to the type specified in the product parameters, assign it to the appropriate type of sorted waste. The aluminium part can usually be handed over with metal waste, while the plastic dispenser goes with plastics, and it is ideal to separate the individual materials from each other. Follow the specific recycling instructions in the parameter table for the product and the local waste sorting rules in your municipality.
