Aluminium bottle with matte black trigger sprayer represents a professional solution for packaging liquid products where precise and comfortable application is important. Thanks to the combination of a rigid metal container and a high-quality mechanical sprayer, it is ideal for products intended to be sprayed as a fine mist or stream depending on the setting of the sprayer head. The metal packaging helps protect more sensitive contents from external influences and at the same time provides an aesthetic and representative appearance for both home and professional production.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of bottle and trigger sprayer designed for convenient and even dispersion of the product. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure of correct performance with your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. Before final implementation, we recommend familiarising yourself with the technical documentation so that you can assess the suitability of this packaging for your formulation, product viscosity and method of use.
To select suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars or sprayers), you will find the filter at the top of the page. In it you can easily filter according to parameters such as neck, size, colour and material, which allows you to find more quickly the packaging that matches your formulation as well as your visual requirements.
Yes, the packaging can be reused with a suitable formulation, provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after completely drying is the bottle ready to be refilled.
For thicker emulsions or oil blends we recommend always carrying out a trial filling with a smaller amount. The trigger sprayer is primarily designed for low- to medium-viscosity liquids; products that are too thick may reduce the quality of spraying or lead to clogging of the nozzle. In the case of blends with a high proportion of oils, it is advisable to check whether the formulation has any negative impact on the seals or plastic parts of the sprayer and, if necessary, adjust the ratio of components or choose a different type of dispensing.
For regular care, a soft cloth and lukewarm water with a small amount of neutral cleaning agent are sufficient. The surface of the aluminium container should not be cleaned with abrasive sponges or aggressive chemicals, which could damage the surface treatment or print. It is a good idea to occasionally spray clean water through the sprayer mechanism to remove product residues from the nozzle and extend its service life.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material indicated in the product parameters. After thorough emptying and rinsing, place the metal bottle in the metal packaging collection according to local waste collection rules. It is advisable to separate the plastic part of the trigger sprayer and sort it in accordance with the material marking on the head itself or in the parameter table. Before handing over to sorted collection, always check the local recommendations for recycling metal and plastic packaging.
