Before the first filling we recommend mechanically cleaning the packaging (rinsing with a suitable medium according to the type of product) and then disinfecting it. For disinfection you can use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol – for this purpose you will find on Handymade the products IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After treatment, allow the bottle to dry thoroughly in a clean environment and only then proceed to filling.

Can the aluminium packaging be used repeatedly?

The aluminium bottle can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly, check that it is undamaged and then disinfect it – suitable agents include for example IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Make sure that the bottle is dry before filling and that repeated use does not alter the functionality of the closure or the sealing.
