Aluminium bottle with matte black trigger sprayer is an aesthetic and functional packaging suitable for filling various liquid products where precise and even application in the form of a fine mist is important. The metal container in combination with a high-quality mechanical sprayer ensures reliable protection of the contents against air and external influences, which contributes to the stability of formulations and the professional appearance of the finished product.
Thanks to the material used, this small bottle is suitable for packaging cleaning, cosmetic and auxiliary preparations where easy handling, dosing in smaller amounts and comfortable use even with daily application are required. The packaging is suitable for home as well as professional use in cosmetic workshops, soap-making studios or smaller production facilities.
This bottle with trigger sprayer forms a complete, functional combination of container and dosing system. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify the behaviour of your specific product in long-term use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly, provided good technical condition is maintained. With each new filling, however, it is necessary to observe basic hygiene principles – clean the bottle and sprayer, rinse thoroughly and disinfect them before reuse with a suitable alcoholic preparation. We recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find for example as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the inner surfaces are completely dry is the bottle ready for refilling.
Clean the sprayer by gentle rinsing – first disassemble it as far as the construction allows, then run clean water or a suitable cleaning solution through the system and press the trigger several times so that the internal capillary is flushed. You can then use a small amount of disinfecting alcohol, which you again spray through the mechanism. After cleaning, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then reassemble them and fill with the target product.
The packaging is most suitable for liquid, low-viscosity formulations that need to be applied as a spray – for example hydrolates, toners, light facial and body waters, hair sprays, air fresheners or cleaning solutions for surfaces. In the case of thicker emulsions or gels, the flow through the mechanism may be reduced, therefore we recommend always testing the specific formula in advance on a small trial sample.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend first emptying it completely and, if possible, rinsing out any product residues. Then sort the aluminium container into the collection bin intended for metal packaging according to the sorting rules in your municipality. It is advisable to separate the plastic parts of the sprayer and sort them into plastic waste, if the local collection system allows this. Always follow the recommendations given with the product in the parameters section and the local regulations for recycling packaging materials.
The simplest way to choose is to use the advanced filter in the packaging categories. After clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars or dispensers), you will find advanced filtering at the top of the page, where you can set parameters such as neck type and diameter, size and volume, colour and packaging material. Thanks to this, you can quickly narrow down the selection to only those containers that meet your formulation, intended use and the design of the final product.
