Aluminium bottle with black sprayer 50 ml provides a practical solution for packaging liquid cosmetic preparations and fine sprays. The lightweight, sturdy and durable metal packaging ensures reliable protection of the contents during storage as well as frequent transport. The spray mechanism enables even, fine dispensing without unnecessary product waste and supports hygienic application.
This metal bottle is suitable wherever it is important to protect the formulation from excessive exposure to air and light while maintaining user comfort in the form of a quality sprayer. Thanks to the resistant material, the bottle is also well suited for products intended for travel, where the combination of compact dimensions, low weight and safe dosing is essential.
This bottle is supplied directly with a sprayer, and the spray mechanism is designed for comfortable and even dispensing of the contents. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused with a suitable type of refill as long as you observe basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and appropriately disinfected according to the type of product. To disinfect the inner surface and the parts that come into contact with the formulation, we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After rinsing and disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then fill them with a new product.
When cleaning the sprayer, it is advisable first to unscrew the head with the tube, empty any remaining contents and rinse the entire interior with a suitable solvent or warm water (depending on the type of product used). Then press the sprayer several times so that the cleaning liquid passes through the entire mechanism and removes any deposits. For formulations containing oils or plant extracts, a longer rinsing time may be necessary. After cleaning, allow all parts to dry freely at room temperature and only then reassemble and fill them.
The sprayer is intended primarily for low-viscosity liquids that create a fine mist or even spray. These are mainly aqueous solutions, hydrolats, toners, deodorant sprays, light fluid preparations or cleaning solutions. Thick emulsions, gels or oils with high viscosity may not be suitable for this type of sprayer, so we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the dosing method.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it responsibly in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters. The aluminium body of the bottle goes as standard into the container intended for metal packaging; it is advisable to empty it and remove any product residues. The plastic part of the sprayer belongs to plastic waste according to the local sorting system. Before disposal, it is practical to separate the metal and plastic parts to facilitate their processing in the recycling process.
