The aluminum bottle with white spray pump and matte silver collar is a practical packaging solution designed for filling and dispensing various liquid preparations, especially cosmetic and cleaning solutions. Thanks to the combination of a rigid aluminum body and a fine spray pump, it enables precise and even application of the product in the form of a mist, which increases user comfort as well as the professional appearance of the final product.
The opaque aluminum body of the bottle protects the contents from excessive light exposure and helps maintain the stability of more sensitive formulations. The packaging is suitable for liquid products that require hygienic and controlled dosing in the form of a spray, while minimizing contact of the contents with air and with the user’s hands.
This packaging is supplied already fitted with a spray pump, and the neck of the bottle is designed so that it is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters. Within the range, you can combine, for the same neck type, for example screw caps, droppers, other types of spray pumps or practical applicators.
The combinations of packs and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of long-term reliability in real use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before the first filling we recommend thoroughly rinsing both the bottle and the spray pump, ideally first with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and then with clean water. After washing, it is important to let all parts dry completely. Before the actual filling, the packaging should be disinfected – for this purpose you can use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol suitable for disinfection, depending on the nature of the product you will be filling. Packaging prepared in this way helps minimize the risk of microbial contamination of your finished product.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected in order to prevent the transfer of impurities or microorganisms from the previous contents. For disinfection we recommend using a high-quality alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol available in the range as IPA 99 %, or 96 % plant-based denatured ethanol, which you can find in the raw materials category on Handymade. After disinfection, allow the packaging and the spray pump to dry completely, and only then proceed to fill the new formulation.
The aluminum bottle with spray pump is often used for formulations containing essential oils or alcohol; however, it is always necessary to test the specific composition of the product in contact with the packaging and the spray mechanism. We recommend filling a smaller trial amount, monitoring the sealing, the spray performance and any changes in the appearance of the packaging or in the scent of the product over time. If the compatibility test is long-term and trouble-free, you can use the packaging more safely also for that type of formulation.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the material types listed in the product parameters. The body itself is made of aluminum, which in most municipalities is sorted into the container for metal packaging, and it is recommended to remove any remaining contents before disposal. The spray pump and small plastic parts should be separated and disposed of in accordance with local rules for sorting plastic waste. For all components, follow the recycling recommendations given in the parameter table on the product page and the rules for sorted waste collection in your region.
