Aluminium bottle with white-gold matte dispenser 50 ml is an elegant and functional packaging suitable for dispensing various liquid formulations. The durable metal packaging combined with a precise dispensing mechanism is ideal for products where controlled application, cleanliness and a professional appearance of the final product are important. Thanks to its compact design, this little bottle is practical for home-made recipes, small production batches and travel-size packs.
The packaging is designed to reliably protect the contents from external influences, minimise contact with air during dispensing and ensure convenient use for the end customer. The bottle is suitable for cosmetic preparations with different viscosities and gives them a modern, clean and premium look.
Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the chosen packaging system is suitable for your specific product and method of use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, thanks to the integrated dispenser, the packaging is suitable for liquid and slightly viscous preparations such as serums, fluids or emulsions. Before final application on the product, we recommend testing the dosing on a small sample of your formulation in order to verify dispensing comfort and the consistency of a single dose during normal use.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly emptied, mechanically cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection we recommend using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill the packaging.
When selecting packaging, it is always important to verify the compatibility of the packaging material with the recipe. We recommend preparing a smaller test batch, filling it into the bottle and monitoring any changes over several days to weeks – colour, odour, viscosity, print stability and behaviour of the dispenser. Also monitor whether there is any material leaching, changes in sealing or deterioration of the dosing function. Only after a successful test do we recommend using the packaging for final production.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, recycling is recommended according to the types of materials specified in the product parameters. Before placing the packaging in sorted waste, it is advisable to empty it as much as possible and remove any remaining contents. Metal parts are usually classified as metal waste, plastic components (e.g. internal parts of the dispenser) as plastic waste. If you are not sure, always follow the recycling symbols on the packaging and the recommendations of your local collection system to ensure correct sorting and the recycling process.
To make it easier to choose a suitable bottle, dropper bottle or jar, you can use the extended filter in the packaging categories. After clicking on the relevant category, the extended filter is located at the top of the page and allows you to narrow down the selection according to several parameters – especially according to neck type, size, colour and packaging material. This way you will quickly find the combination of packaging and closure that will suit your specific product and the intended method of use.
