The glass tall vial with aluminium lid is a reliable container for the accurate packaging of liquid products and mixtures with light consistency, where material stability, filling cleanliness and secure closure are important. Thanks to the dark glass, it naturally limits light exposure and helps protect the contents from UV rays, which is advantageous for formulations with sensitive ingredients. The packaging is also food grade, so it is also suitable for selected products intended for internal use (subject to hygiene and its own compatibility test).
The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, this is food grade packaging. For food applications, we recommend taking care of filling hygiene, correct cap choice and always test the seal and practicality of use with the specific contents.
We recommend doing a simple compatibility test: fill the container, close it, let it sit in different positions and then check for leakage, changes in closure and comfort of handling. For aromatic or more volatile ingredients, the test is particularly important.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, the packaging must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96%. Allow the packaging to dry completely before filling.
Even with dark glass, it is advisable to store the product out of direct sunlight, at a stable temperature and with the lid tightly closed. This will promote the consistent properties of the contents and reduce the risk of altering the fragrance or stability of sensitive ingredients.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Once emptied and cleaned, dispose of the glass vial in a glass container. Separate the aluminium lid and sort it into the metal collection according to local sorting rules. Separating the materials will facilitate recycling.
