The tall glass vial with white knurled lid with safety lock is a practical packaging material for the safe packaging of liquid products and mixtures with a slightly liquid consistency, where material stability, filling cleanliness and reliable closure are important. The dark glass naturally limits light exposure to sensitive ingredients and helps maintain the quality of the contents during storage. According to the product parameters, the packaging meets both cosmetic and food quality, making it suitable for selected products intended for internal use (subject to hygiene and its own compatibility test).
The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

The fuse helps to visually check if the packaging has been opened after filling. It is particularly handy for products for sale, when travelling or in storage where you want to be sure of a consistent closure.
Yes, according to the product parameters the packaging is food grade. For food applications, we recommend observing filling hygiene, appropriate closure and testing both the seal and the behaviour of the packaging when in contact with the specific contents.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before filling, the packaging must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - for example with IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96%. Allow the packaging to dry completely before filling.
We recommend doing a practical test: fill the packing, seal and let stand in different positions. Then check for any leakage, the stability of the closure and the behaviour of the closure in normal use. For aromatic or more volatile ingredients, it is advisable to repeat the test after a longer storage time.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that you recycle it. Once the glass vial has been emptied and cleaned, put it in a glass container. Separate the cap and fuse (plastic parts) and sort them into the plastic collection according to local sorting rules. Separating the materials will facilitate recycling.
