Plastic bottle, vial, brown is a practical packaging material designed for safe and hygienic packaging of especially liquid preparations in cosmetics and food segment. The packaging is of food-grade quality and is therefore also suitable for filling products intended for internal use. The dark design helps to reduce light exposure to the contents, which will be appreciated for more sensitive formulations (e.g. oil blends or extracts). The PET material makes the bottle lightweight, durable to handle and suitable for everyday use in both domestic and smaller professional operations.
The vials are compatible with different types of closures and dispensers (e.g. screw caps, droppers, dispensers or handy applicators) according to the chosen parameters. The packaging and closure combinations, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused as long as hygiene guidelines are followed. Before each refill, the packaging must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - we recommend using IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol 96%. Allow the packaging to dry completely before refilling.
We do not recommend exposing PET material to high temperatures as this can cause deformation of the packaging. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for dishwashing or boiling.
We recommend doing a practical test on a sample: fill the packaging with the final formulation, close with the chosen closure and observe the tightness, dosage and any changes in the behaviour of the material over time (e.g. during storage and carrying). With active ingredients or higher solvent content, the compatibility test is particularly important.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. As it is PET, empty the bottle, rinse if necessary, and sort it into the plastic collection. It is advisable to separate the individual parts (cap, dispenser) and follow local waste sorting rules.
Black plastic cap suitable for bottles with a neck diameter of 18 mm (volume 5 - 100 ml). It is a simple cap without a safety ring or internal plastic dropper.
