The plastic bottle with dispenser is a practical packaging intended for modern and hygienic filling of liquid cosmetic products, gels or light emulsions. Thanks to precise dispensing, it helps reduce product consumption and increases comfort during everyday use. The closed dispenser system at the same time limits the contact of the contents with air and with the touch of hands, which supports the stability and longer freshness of the formulations.
The packaging is made of high-quality plastic material of the PET type in combination with a functional dispenser, which makes it a reliable choice for liquid products that require clean, controlled and repeatable dispensing. The darker version of the bottle visually supports the premium appearance of the final product and helps to limit the penetration of light to more sensitive formulations.
This bottle is supplied directly with an integrated dispenser, which is adapted to the given neck type and volume. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Since this is packaging made of PET material, it is necessary to pay attention to correct handling. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, so that unwanted deformation or influence on its properties does not occur. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. When cleaning and preparing for reuse, we recommend a gentle procedure at room temperature and suitable disinfection.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dispenser, rinse them and then disinfect them with a suitable agent, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99 % and plant-based ethanol available on the website in the raw materials category: IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After thorough drying, the packaging can be refilled with a suitable formulation.
Since this is packaging made of PET material, it is not recommended to expose it to high temperatures. Hot water, boiling or washing in a dishwasher can lead to deformation of the bottle, deterioration of the dispenser sealing and an overall reduction in the functionality of the packaging. For cleaning, rather choose lukewarm water, a mild cleaning agent, thorough rinsing and subsequent disinfection with a suitable alcoholic solution at room temperature.
Before filling, make sure that the bottle is clean and dry. Fill the product slowly, ideally through a funnel, to prevent the formation of an excessive amount of bubbles, which can temporarily affect the initial priming of the dispenser. After filling, fit the dispenser, tighten it evenly and press several times so that the system fills with the product. For more viscous emulsions, we recommend testing the dosing on a small sample and, according to the result, if necessary adjusting the viscosity of the formulation.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you include it in sorted waste collection according to the type of material stated in the product parameters. The PET body of the bottle is usually placed in the container intended for plastic packaging. Before putting it into sorted collection, it is advisable to separate the plastic dispenser and slightly compress the bottle so that it takes up less space.
