Plastic bottle – pill bottle with cream dispenser represents a practical packaging solution for modern cosmetics and for facial, body and hair care. Thanks to the integrated dispenser, it is suitable for filling products where controlled, hygienic and clean application without the fingers coming into contact with the entire contents is important. The closed construction helps protect more sensitive formulations from air and contamination during normal home and professional use.
The bottle is designed for creamy, gel-based and lighter emulsion formulations that require precise dosing in smaller amounts. The combination of the plastic body and the dispenser enables comfortable pressing and even dispensing of the contents while maintaining good packaging stability. It is suitable for finished products as well as for small test and sample batches.
This product represents a complete combination of bottle with dispenser, which has been created on Handymade as a functional unit. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The dispenser is designed to handle common creamy, gel-based and emulsion formulations used in facial and body cosmetics. For very dense balms or butters, we recommend performing a trial filling and testing whether the consistency allows smooth pressing and even dispensing without excessive pressure. It is always advisable to prepare a small test batch and verify the behaviour of the specific recipe in the packaging.
The packaging can be reused if proper hygiene principles are observed. Before the first and each subsequent filling, the bottle and dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For disinfection, we recommend using either IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/) or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based (/etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/), which are ideal for final treatment of the inner surface before filling. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then fill with the final formulation.
We recommend storing the filled packaging in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. The stability of the product is supported by an even room temperature without large fluctuations and by carefully closing the dispenser in order to minimize the access of air and impurities. In the case of more sensitive recipes (for example products with a high content of natural oils or without preservatives), it is advisable to follow the recommendations for the specific formulation and, if necessary, choose a shorter period of use.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend emptying it before disposal and removing product residues. The method of recycling is governed by the material specified in the parameters of the specific product – according to this, choose the appropriate separated collection (for example plastic container). In the case of a combination of several materials, it is advisable to separate what can be separated and assign the individual parts to the relevant waste fractions according to local sorting rules. In this way, you support efficient recycling and a reduction in the amount of municipal waste.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, jars, dispensers). In the advanced filter it is possible to combine several parameters at once – specifically the neck type, required size, colour and material. In this way, you quickly narrow down the range to packaging that meets the technical and design requirements of your product and you can more easily find the optimal solution for the given recipe.
