Plastic bottle – pharmaceutical bottle with black-gold sprayer represents an elegant and practical solution for dispensing a fine mist for cosmetic as well as technical formulations. Thanks to the precise spraying, it is suitable for packaging products where controlled distribution onto the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces is important. The dark design of the pharmaceutical bottle also helps protect more sensitive contents from undesirable light and thus extends their stability.
The packaging is designed to be practical for everyday use as well as transport – the lightweight plastic construction reduces the risk of breakage, the sprayer enables comfortable application, and the design combination of black and gold gives the entire packaging a professional appearance suitable for home use and for small artisanal brands.
This packaging is supplied as a complete set – bottle with sprayer, and is therefore factory-matched to ensure comfortable use and reliable spraying of the contents. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify sealing, dosing consistency and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (especially for products containing alcohol, acids or essential oils).

The sprayer is designed primarily for liquid, low-viscosity formulations, for which it creates a fine and even mist. With thicker emulsions or blends with a high proportion of oils, spraying performance may deteriorate or the tube may become clogged. Before introducing it into regular production, we recommend preparing a trial batch, filling the packaging and testing long-term behaviour (dosing, spring return, any settling of components).
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are observed, ideally for the same or a similar type of formulation. Before each new filling, the bottle, tube and spray head must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. We recommend refilling only after complete drying and airing.
First, rinse the packaging mechanically with a suitable detergent and warm (not boiling) water to remove residues of the original product. Then rinse the bottle and sprayer components with water, let them drain and disinfect the internal surfaces using an alcohol solution – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol are practical. Leave the alcohol to act in the bottle for a short time, if necessary “spray through” the sprayer several times with it, then pour out the excess and allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend emptying it, rinsing it as thoroughly as possible and separating the individual parts (bottle, closure, protective cap if applicable). According to the material designation given in the product parameters on the Handymade.sk website, you then sort the individual parts into the appropriate separate collection – for plastic packaging, this is typically the container for plastics. Correct sorting according to the recycling symbol in the parameter table helps ensure that the material will be efficiently recovered in the recycling process.
