Plastic bottle with spray dispenser represents a practical packaging for liquid products where gentle and even dosing is important. Thanks to the combination of a high-quality plastic body and a functional spray dispenser, it is suitable for filling cosmetic preparations, hygiene solutions and homemade blends. The dark version of the bottle helps to reduce light penetration and contributes to better protection of more sensitive components of the contents during storage and use.
This bottle is supplied as a complete packaging with a functional spray dispenser, ready for immediate use after filling. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing quality and the behaviour of the packaging material in contact with the specific formulation, in order to ensure long-term stability and trouble-free use.

When looking for a suitable bottle or jar, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. You will find it at the top of the page after clicking on the selected category. You can clearly filter the products by type of neck, size, colour and material, which allows you to quickly find the packaging that best matches your product and the planned dosing method.
The packaging can be reused if handled properly and undamaged, always, however, with strict adherence to hygiene principles. Before each refilling, the bottle and the spray dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. Only after complete drying and airing is the packaging ready for a new filling.
When filling, we recommend using a funnel or a suitable dosing aid to avoid contaminating the neck or the thread. Do not fill the bottle completely to the brim; leave a small allowance for safely screwing on the spray dispenser. After closing, check that the spray dispenser is tightened evenly and, in the case of liquids with lower viscosity, perform a test press to verify even dosing and sealing.
Protect the bottle and the spray dispenser from mechanical damage and from long-term exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. When cleaning, use mild soapy solutions and gentle tools so that you do not scratch the surface or deform the thread or nozzle. After washing, let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature. Before reuse, it is advisable to disinfect the packaging with the recommended alcohol-based products and only then fill it again.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle with spray dispenser, we recommend first emptying it as much as possible and removing any residue of the contents. Then check the information about the packaging material in the parameter table for the product and, according to the indicated type of plastic, sort the individual parts into the appropriate separated waste stream (typically a plastic container or a specific plastic category according to the marking). It is advisable to separate the spray dispenser and the body of the packaging so that the individual components can be processed as efficiently as possible in the recycling process.
