Yes, the packaging can be reused if basic hygiene rules are followed and appropriate compatibility with your formulation is ensured. Before each new filling, the bottle and the disc-top cap must be thoroughly washed, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Allow the disinfectant solution to act for a short time, then let the packaging dry naturally and fill it only afterwards.

For routine cleaning we recommend lukewarm water with a mild detergent and a soft brush or sponge, so that you can thoroughly clean the inside of the bottle as well as the area under the disc-top mechanism. After washing, rinse the packaging repeatedly with clean water, allow it to drain and dry completely. Before final use or refilling, it is advisable to disinfect the packaging with an alcohol solution (for example IPA 99 % or etanol 96 %) and then allow it to air out so that any residual alcohol is removed.

The plastic packaging is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures. In the case of excessive heating, there is a risk of softening and deformation of the material, which may negatively affect the shape of the bottle, the sealing of the disc-top cap and the overall functionality. For these reasons, washing in a dishwasher, boiling or sterilisation at high temperatures is not recommended. For cleaning, use only lukewarm water and mild cleaning agents, and if necessary subsequent disinfection with alcohol at room temperature.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly in accordance with the recycling mark and the information given in the product parameters on the website. Before placing it in sorted waste, empty the bottle completely, rinse out any product residues if possible, and separate any different materials (for example the label or inserted components if they are made of another material). Then place the packaging in the appropriate collection container according to the type of plastic specified for the product. In this way, you help to ensure effective recycling and to reduce the amount of waste.

The disc-top mechanism is ideal for liquid and medium-viscosity products that can be easily dispensed by gently squeezing the bottle. It is perfectly suited for shampoos, shower gels, liquid soaps, body lotions, conditioners, body emulsions and various cleaning or auxiliary solutions. With very thick creams or paste-like preparations, dosing may be limited, so it is advisable to test before filling whether the product can be dispensed easily enough and whether the disc-top opening does not remain clogged.
