Plastic medicine bottle with spray pump represents a practical and lightweight packaging suitable for precise and gentle dosing of liquid formulations in the form of a mist or spray. Thanks to the combination of a durable plastic body and a functional mechanical spray pump, the bottle is ideal for cosmetic as well as technical preparations that require even distribution on the skin, hair or surfaces. The dark design of the packaging also helps reduce light penetration, which contributes to the protection of more sensitive components of the formulations.
The packaging can be repeatedly used in normal home as well as professional use, provided that you observe basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle and, where possible, also the spray pump. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after thorough drying is the packaging ready for new filling.
First rinse the bottle with warm water and a mild cleaning agent to remove residues of the original product. Then thoroughly rinse the packaging with clean water so that no detergent residues remain inside. After mechanical cleaning, it is appropriate to disinfect the inner walls and neck using alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol 96 %. We recommend disinfecting the spray pump by rinsing it through with a small amount of alcohol and then pumping it through the mechanism. Before refilling, allow all parts to dry completely.
The method of recycling depends on the type of plastic material, which is listed in the parameter table on the product (together with the relevant recycling symbol). According to this information, place the packaging into the appropriate container for sorted plastic collection. Before recycling we recommend separating the bottle itself from the spray pump, removing product residues and emptying the packaging as much as possible. If you do not want to continue using the packaging at home for another purpose, handing it over to sorted collection is the most environmentally friendly way of disposal.
The bottle with mechanical spray pump is ideal for low-viscosity liquids that need to be applied in the form of a fine mist or an even spray. In practice this concerns especially face and body waters, refreshing sprays, tonics, hair tonics, light conditioners, aromatherapeutic or interior sprays. For thicker or oil-based formulations we recommend performing a test to check whether the spray pump dispenses the contents smoothly and without clogging.
