The plastic bottle with a disc top closure is a practical packaging solution for liquid and lightly viscous products where convenient dosing and clean application are important. Thanks to its transparent design, you can keep the contents under constant control and easily monitor the colour, clarity, and fill level of the product. This packaging is suitable for home formulations as well as smaller artisanal brands that are looking for a light, durable, and user-friendly bottle.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed, provided that it remains mechanically undamaged and the material shows no signs of degradation. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using a suitable alcohol such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and evaporated is the bottle ready for the next filling.
Before first use, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle (rinsing with suitable water or a cleansing solution according to the nature of your formulation) and then disinfecting it with alcohol. For disinfection you can use products such as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After treatment, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature, and only then fill it with the final product.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, to recycle it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. Check the material designation in the parameter table for the specific bottle and then place it in the appropriate sorted waste stream in accordance with local collection rules (for example, the container designated for that type of plastic). In this way you support proper handling of packaging materials and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
Many cosmetic and technical formulations contain alcohol or essential oils, so we always recommend performing a compatibility test on a smaller trial batch. Monitor in particular any changes in colour, structure, or strength of the plastic, and check the seal of the closure during longer-term storage. If the packaging does not change its properties in contact with the specific blend and the dosing remains reliable, you can safely incorporate it into your production practice.
