The fastest way to suitable packaging is to use the extended filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the desired category, you will find the filter in the upper part of the page, where you can clearly set the parameters according to your needs. You can filter packaging according to neck type, size, colour and material, thanks to which you will quickly find a bottle, jar or medicine bottle that will correspond to your formulation and method of application.

The packaging can be reused with appropriate handling, but it is always necessary to observe strict hygienic principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and dispenser must be carefully cleaned and disinfected in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the new product. For disinfection we recommend using alcohol-based preparations, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after they have evaporated and the internal surfaces have completely dried is the packaging ready for refilling.

After emptying the packaging, we recommend first removing the residues of the original product, then rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent and thoroughly rinsing it with clean water. It is important to think of the dispensing head as well – rinse it by pressing so that water passes through the entire mechanism. After mechanical cleaning, it is appropriate to disinfect the internal surfaces and the dispenser with an alcoholic solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely in a clean place before refilling.

If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend, after emptying and basic cleaning, to hand it over for recycling according to the type of plastic used, as indicated in the product parameters. The packaging material corresponds to the designation in the parameter table on the product page, according to which you can correctly assign it to the appropriate container for sorted waste. Before placing it in sorted collection, it is advisable to separate the bottle from the dispenser so that the individual parts can be better processed in the recycling process.

Plastic packaging of this type is not intended for long-term exposure to high temperatures. With excessive heating, the walls of the bottle or the dispensing mechanism may soften or deform, which negatively affects sealing and functionality. For these reasons we do not recommend washing the packaging in a dishwasher or boiling it. For cleaning and disinfection it is more suitable to use mild cleaning agents and alcoholic solutions, which evaporate after use without the need for thermal loading of the material.

The dispenser is ideal for liquid to slightly viscous products where more precise dosing without contact with the contents is important. In practice it proves suitable for facial and body preparations, cleansing solutions, hair tonics and other formulations that do not have too high a viscosity and do not contain larger solid particles. When developing a new product, it is always advisable to test in advance the consistency and behaviour of the specific formulation in combination with the dispenser, so that you achieve smooth and even dosing.
